Unfortunately, Saj Voyage doesn't work on induction cookers.While the base does catch the heat, the saj's hollow center prevents the transmission of heat to the dome, resulting in an altered cooking experience. To recreate the authentic traditional Saj encounter, Saj Voyage maintains a hollow design between the base layer and the dome. However, when used on an induction stove top, the heat fails to properly reach the dome, leading to different outcomes in cooking your dough.

To maintain the longevity and quality of the Saj parts, we recommend hand washing them. Please refrain from placing them in the dishwasher to avoid any potential damage.

For the pouch, we recommend hand washing whenever possible. If you choose to use a washing machine, please wash the white side and remember to close the zipper. We advise washing the pouch at a maximum temperature of 30 degrees to preserve its durability.

The Saj parts are made with traditional metal used for Saj, coated with a non-toxic, easy-to-clean, and scratch-resistant ceramic coating.
