Hey there, I'm Laetitia, the creative brain behind Saj Voyage. Ever since I was little, I developed a lifelong passion for food, cooking, and the joy of sharing meals with others. Using my background in product design, I blended creativity with my cooking passion, giving life to Saj Voyage – a journey that started right at my family's table.

• The beginning of Saj Voyage’s journey

Our saj journey began with my grandmother, passing her culinary artistry to my mother, who then shared this passion with me. In their nurturing hands, I not only learned the art of crafting delicious dishes but also experienced the joy of shared moments around the dining table. A year ago, inspired by my grandma's legacy, I launched Saj Voyage, and together, we started a heartwarming Sunday tradition – a weekly fresh manakish brunch.

• For the love of middle eastern food

While completing my master's in Milan I shared my love for Lebanese food by cooking for my international friends and fellow Lebanese expats. My goal was to re-create the feeling of home through get-togethers featuring traditional Lebanese meals. Inspired by these moments, the idea for Saj Voyage took shape. I returned to Lebanon with a clear goal: bring the warmth of home to Lebanese expats worldwide.

With my parents in managerial roles and proudly Lebanese artisans at the heart of our craft, our team, including talented individuals in their 20s, defines us as a family business. This unique mix makes Saj Voyage’s journey both rooted and forward-looking.
